Application for visa

Hope this email finds you well.

I am a Pakistani candidate and have received acceptance for masters from Estonian University of life sciences, and my classes will start from the last week of August 2022. To arrive at Estonia I need D-visa which i can get from the Estonian Embassy an Ankara, Turkey. I have already book my appointment at Ankara embassy for Estonia on 15.08.22.
I want to know that how can I apply for visa for turkey and some of my friends told me that Turkey is not granting visa these days to Pakistani nationalist. What to do in such case. How long it takes in visa processing for Turkey and is there any separate rules for such students who just want to travel Turkey for getting Estonian visa. Kindly guide me.
