Cyprus ID holders eligible to travel to Turkey?

Hello,
I am currently at Chios for tourism with my family and we would like to travel to Çe?me and ?zmir on Tuesday, however we don't have passports with us. We are Cypriots and holders of Cyprus ID cards• is there a possibility we could travel from Chios to Çe?me with our ID cards and E-visa or is the passport necessary for the trip?

I have a schengen visa validity starting from 19 September. I have booked my flight from Saudi Arabia to Germany from 17 September, 2022 with a layover in Turkey for 2 days. I have a Turkish e-visa. Will they allow me to enter Turkey even though the Schengen validity starts from 19 September, 2022.

My flight date is 16/ Sep /2022.
What should I do? And if I issue a new visa with a new date, can I enter Turkey with two (2) visas ??
