Evisa and uk residence permit validity

I amgoing turkey on holiday first 7 nights and I have a Pakistani passport and I have a UK residence permit which will expire 5 weeks after I ve been turkey and I have applied for evisa which has been accepted
My question is that should my residence permit be valid for 6 months or is it that it should be valid when I enter turkey.
Because my passport is valid gor 6 months
Also can I travel by jet2 airlines with the evisa ?
