I am UK citizen and would like too meet with my Nigerian friend in Turkey for a holiday which I will be funding the total cost ..however I’m a bit confused on website as it says he can apply for EVisa from Nigeria but there is a notice at top of page saying not available but no date too indicate if this is old or new notice ..so my question is can he apply for evisa from Nigeria ? And to my knowledge they don’t have residence permits over there so would this stop his application ...thank you
