dear Sirs: my wife and I are Malaysians going to Spain for a conference in June 2022 flying by your esteemed Turkish airline. In our return flight from Barcelona on the 25th June, we have a laid over of 15 hours. Is a long wait. my questions: 1 can we make a day visit to Istanbul downtown before catching the night flight back to KL? 2 do we need to apply any visa for the day visit to instancul? 3 Is it allowed we check out from the airport and visit Instanbul for the day? 4 is there any health check requirement ?
