Application for Turkish Tourist Visa

Hello ,
We re Filipino citizens with valid passports.
We are planning to visit Istanbul for tourism purposes in April 2023. Out lenght of stay is a maximum of 8 days only.
We would like to know what visa we should apply for this purpose and what are the requirements for this visa application?

please include the tourist requirements for COVID-19.
