Applying for e visa turkey

Hello I’m Cambodian and right now I’m living in Switzerland as a student and I hold b permit(residential) I’m on internship right now which count as employment but I want to visit turkey for medical purpose and also tourist purpose after internship end which by then I’m not employee anymore so is that a problem?
I have enough money to support my trip for 20 day. Please I need help since this is my first time applying for visa by myself
