I did not receive any email after paying

I apply for an evisa on the 16th of november. I fill and paid for the evisa. I get a Visa File Number (HSM-UFQN) but I did not receive any email or any link to get/download the evisa. I have been charge for these but I did not get anything to get the evisa. Can you help ? Thanks

We will reach Istanbul at 5 PM on 19th November. Our e-visa date starts from 20th November (7 hours before arrival time). We are traveling with a special need child. Please help and allow us to enter few hours early.

Residence 1-2 visa question

I have a couple of very quick questions about 1-2 year residence permit. 


I understand the rules for myself. The $12000 usd and renting an apartment in Antalya, I shouldn't have any issues. My question is for my girlfriend. We are not officially married, but have been together for multiple years. 

 
1) Do I have to put her name on the rental agreement for our apartment or is this not necessary?
2) Does she also need $12000 usd in another account or can we both use my account for the $12000 usd? So, do we need $24000 or can we use $12000 together?


In this time I will buy property in Turkey for extending our visas. Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions.

I apply for an evisa on tuesday the 9th of november. I fill and paid 19 USD for the evisa. I get a Visa File Number (IBJAWOP96LORZNQ) but I did not receive any email or any link to get/download the evisa. I have been charge for these 19 USD but I did not get anything to get the evisa. Can you help ? Thanks

Hi

I would like to bring up the problem with you with my visa. Despite writing my name, my visa shows my surname twice. I believe there are some technical issue. I would request you to please check. Second, why did my visa get approved when there is an application that shows an error is my first name?
