Declined credit cards

Processed my e-visa effortlessley. Then, immediately attempted to compolete my wifes but the credit card (same one I used) was declined. our bank did not decline it. And, every card we own has also been declined. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fixe it. We are scheduled to enter Turkey on March 3.

Car Maintenance: USD 1,200 (Monthly)

PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL:

Employer for each Inter-continental trip shall be paid USD 3000 Flat Rate travel/entertainment allowance to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class flight, or otherwise if necessary.

However, for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance.
Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase. Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

EXPENSES BEFORE TRAVEL BY EMPLOYEES:

Employee will shoulder the expenses of his/her Employment Insurance, Processing of Travel Particulars ETC will be substantiated with receipts and Employer will reimburse the Employee fully all Travel costs and Expenses made by Employee.

The agreement hereby binds Employer and Employee in that re- imbursements will be made fully to Employee upon presentation of Expense Reports and Receipts of expenses.

NON-TURKISH RESIDENTS:

All Employees will pay for their Employment Insurance, as a proof of their seriousness to join us, and they have to contact ZANGAR LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY – TURKEY, in this regard.

As soon as the employees obtain their Employment Insurance Papers it will enable us process their Residence/Work Permits papers within 12 days.

All employees successfully screened and hired for hospital shall be required to furnish us with a valid Copy of your Employment Insurance on or before 10th March 2023 as a proof of readiness to join our team in the due time as stipulated above for your job resumption with the hospital and also to enable you receive your Visa/Work Permit, two- month upfront salary including your due entitlements/emoluments prior to your departure for service.

UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARIES:
The two monthly salaries shall be paid in advance upon Employees arrival to assume duty. This is to enable Employees settle all domestic needs before travel. As such no excuses will be entertained on assumption of duty relating to default.

Employees are to note that 2-months upfront salaries are paid as soon as they procure and process the relevant Employment Insurance Documents through ZANGAR LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY – TURKEY and submit it to our Human Resources Department for Verification. And to enable us process your Residence and Work Permit

ACCOMODATION/FEEDING:
There are 3 Bedroom Flat for family status and 1 Bedroom for a single status, a car, for Employees use during contract.

MEDICAL EXPENSES:
Employer will provide the employee (and family if any) with comprehensive Health care through ZANGAR LIABILITY INSURANCE

COMPANY for the term of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.

OFFICE ASSETS TO BE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYER:
Laptop Computer/Desk Top with Full time Internet access is also made available Phone Employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone, this shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

TERMINATION:
Termination without Cause. Either party may terminate this agreement without cause upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other.
Termination for Cause. Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause if the other party materially or repeatedly defaults in the performance of its obligations and has not cured such default within 14 days of receipt of a default notice specifying the default and the intention to terminate.

CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION:
Return of Property and Confidential Information In the event of termination for any reason, Employee shall return to Practice all property and Confidential Information (as defined in Section15) received from Practice, Employee shall immediately cease using any passwords or other information provided by Practice for access to Practice's or Practice Client's information systems, and Employee shall return to Practice at Employee's own expense the Workstation and any other equipment or software provided to Employee by Practice.

AMENDMENT:
This Agreement may be amended only by a writing that is signed by both parties.
SAFETY & SECURITY:
Safety and Security of personnel (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Hospital Premises are
no small issues, and have been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free academic pursuit.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal of all Staff with no expenses to be incurred. Laundry and Dry- Cleaning Service will also be made available to all Expatriates by the Hospital's laundry and dry-cleaning unit.

The Employee is requested to contact the below office, which is responsible for the processing of his or her Valid Employment Insurance and then should forward it to the HR of ST. Jag är svensk medborgare och har ett eget företag med en årsinkomst på cirka 500,000 kr. Jag skulle vilja ansöka om uppehållstillstånd i Turkiet för att kunna besöka min syster och samtidigt utforska marknaden där för att se om jag vill starta ett företag där.

Jag skulle vilja ansöka om uppehållstillstånd som skulle tillåta mig att besöka Turkiet fram och tillbaka under en period på ett år. Under mina vistelser i Turkiet kommer jag att ha tillräckliga medel för min försörjning och jag har också en giltig sjukförsäkring som täcker mig under min vistelse.

Jag skulle uppskatta om ni kunde informera mig om vilka krav som gäller för att ansöka om uppehållstillstånd i Turkiet och vilka dokument jag behöver skicka in för att ansöka. Jag ser fram emot att höra från er.

Transit Visa Issue

Hi There,

I would look to enquire with regards to Transit Visa. I’ll be flying in the summer and will be transiting in Turkey for a day before flying off to my next destination. I’m currently holding a Singapore passport.

My question is do I need to apply for Transit Visa? As I was looking online and it stated that Singapore passport do not need any visa for travel less than 90 days.

Hi, I am a Bangladeshi citizen. As per e-visa requirements, we need to have a visa or resident permit from USA, UK and EU countries in order to be eligible for e-visa. We are 5 members in our family: Myself, my wife, child son, child daughter and infant daughter. The first 4 members have got valid US visa except for the infant baby. As the parents have US visa, is my infant baby eligible for the e-visa? Appreciate your early revert.
