Do I need Turkish E visa for Transit flight in the same airport?

Dear Turkish E-visa team,
I will be traveling with-my wife and 9 months old baby girl from Moscow to Antalya on an Aeroflot flight. And my next flight will be from Antalya to Berlin in 5 hours. So these are two different airline companies and the tickets will booked separately.
After arriving in Antalya, we need to rechecking the bags for Berlin flight.

Do I need a Turkish E-visa for a transit flight? My final destination is Berlin and we are not goofing out of the airport.

I have residency permit for Germany and family will have family reunification visa to travel to Berlin.

I will travel by two different airlines and it will not be connecting flight. Do I need to have transit visa or Evisa for Turkey?
