Do i need visa for turkey for transit flight?

I will be travelling from Moscow to Antalya on an Aeroflot flight. And my next different flight will be from Antalya to Berlin in 5 hours. So these flights are booked separately. Do I need a Turkish E-visa for a transit flight? My final destination is Berlin.
