E visa - duplication of charge

I just noticed on my bank statement that I was charged twice for a single E visa that I purchased on the 3rd of November. What steps need to be taken for this error to be rectified (i.e. is there a specific person I need to notify to organise the necessary reimbursement). Could you please respond by email.
