E- visa fee

I just got charged $212 for a visa, i dont know why they charged me all of that, ecause i searched online and it says that usa citizens should pay around $50 for a turkish visa. I proablly made a mistake and didnt pay attention on the visa because that must be a visa that stays for a long duration but im only staying in turkey for one week for a medical reason and i would like a refund for the $212 and pay for a short term visa which is not 90 days so the visa fee can be reduced because thats a lot of money for a visa that ill need for a short time and thank you.
