E-visa information

Hi there
I want to visit turkey along with my parents and i live in uk and i have indefinate leave to remain and my parents lived in Pakistan and they have ordinary passport, now my question is that on your website of e-visa can be applied if i am holding any visa from Europe including schengen but what about my parents from Pakistan they do not have any european visa could you please help me out with this
