Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inquire about an e-visa that I applied for the above-mentioned applicant ''Sorya, Yaqubi'' last night and completed the payment, unfortunately, I did not receive the e-visa?

Please refer to the following info and if needed I can also provide the $61.50 receipt which was deducted from my credit card. I see no attachment option, otherwise, I would have uploaded the receipt of the same.

The email I gave was [email protected] for some reason, the first email confirmation for approval was well-received for which I had to complete the payment, but like I said e-visa was not received until now.

Therefore, I like to know with this E-mail ID [email protected] to check if there might have been a server issue that sometimes does not recognize an E-mail Server to Server, so now I want to urgently know if you can check and send me the E-Visa as the applicant is flying on Friday to Antalya as we booked hotel/fight as we do not wish to waste this and its a family reunion?

I would very much appreciate your assistance on the same and awaiting your kind reply.

wrong name on e-visa for my mother.

Hi my name is natzinet. i applied e-visa for my mom yesterday and it was e-mailed to me today, but with a wrong name on it. all of the information on the e-visa is correct, but my name is on it instead of my mother. my name is natzinet abraha and my moms name is mulu tesfasion. please help me correct it because she needs it ASAP. thank you.

Nigerian passport and Turkish visa

I recently applied for a Turkish E-visa with a Nigerian passport. My application was accepted and I was supposed to leave on a flight to Antalya on the 7th of July 2022. However at the airport Turkish airlines did not let me board the flight because they said the rules had changed for those with a Nigerian passport. I just called the ministry of foreign affairs of Turkey in London and they confirmed to me that I could have travelled because this rule only applied to future applications and that even if I go to the embassy now I won’t receive a stamp or anything because my E-visa is still valid. Is it possible to confirm that this is the case and contact Turkish airlines about this o that I might still be able to travel to Antalya tonight on the 8th of July 2022 please. Thank you.

eVisa Refund

Hi,

On the 2nd of July me and my father flew out from Karachi, Pakistan to Manchester with a stopover at Istanbul. Our flight was delayed at Karachi which led us to miss our connecting flight to Manchester from Sabiha Gokcen (SAW). On arrival we were met with the Pegasus arrival staff who informed us that our flight would now be on the 3rd and that we would be given a free fully refundable eVISA and a complimentary hotel room to stay the night and catch the flight tomorrow. We had a good night in Istanbul and enjoyed it very much and made it safely back to Manchester.

I would like to request a refund for the two eVisa I purchased. We were reassured multiple times by the staff at Pegasus Arrivals at SAW that all the money would be refunded by sending an email here.

I can provide any information or details needed.
