E-Visa not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inquire about an e-visa that I applied for the above-mentioned applicant ''Sorya, Yaqubi'' last night and completed the payment, unfortunately, I did not receive the e-visa?

Please refer to the following info and if needed I can also provide the $61.50 receipt which was deducted from my credit card. I see no attachment option, otherwise, I would have uploaded the receipt of the same.

The email I gave was nadim88@outlook.de for some reason, the first email confirmation for approval was well-received for which I had to complete the payment, but like I said e-visa was not received until now.

Therefore, I like to know with this E-mail ID masteracademy786@gmail.com to check if there might have been a server issue that sometimes does not recognize an E-mail Server to Server, so now I want to urgently know if you can check and send me the E-Visa as the applicant is flying on Friday to Antalya as we booked hotel/fight as we do not wish to waste this and its a family reunion?
