Do i need turkey e visa? Holding Ireland Tourist Single Entry Visa

Hi, I am from India but I am holding an Ireland tourist single entry visa, Can i apply for Turkey Evisa?
My Ireland tourist visa expiry date was 31st May but i have entered in Ireland on 20th april and i got stamp of 90 days which means i can stay in Ireland until 20th July from the date of my arrival. If i can enter in Turkey on Evisa what should be my arrival date? it should be before 31st May of i can enter in Turkey anytime till 20th July since i have 90 days ireland stamp? I am planning to go back to India from Turkey.

COVID POSITIVE DURING TRIP TO ISTANBUL

Dear Officer in charge,

I need help on article or email from turkey authority to certify that :
- No quarantine needed during Mar 2022-April 2022 when one tested covid positive for my insurance claim purposes.
I travelled to istanbul 17/3/2022-30/3/2022 then extended to 6/4/2022 because I tested POSITIVE on 27/3/2022. The travel insurance claim still no approved as they need to certify the quarantine order. I was self quarantined in hotel room from 27/3-6/4/2022.

Entry after visa violation

Hello. My name is Khalid and I am from Saudi Arabia.
I have visited Turkey many times, but the last time I overstayed my visa and had to pay a fine. When I asked the officer if I would be able to return after Ramadan, he told me I have 75 days left from 90 days of 180. He told me the fine was for the previous 90 days period.

But now my friends tell me that I have to wait 3 months before returning to Turkey anyway. Now I don't know what to do. How can I know how many days I can stay?

Tourist visa for Turkey

I am a German citizen working as an international consultant in The Gambia, West Africa, until the end of the year. I am married to a Philippine wife and we have a son with both nationalities. We would like to visit Turkey, while being here in West Africa, but my wife does not have a Schengen Visa, UK or USA residence, etc., since we currently live in The Gambia.

Is there any chance to get a visa for my wife to visit Turkey?
