Hi there ,

I’m an American citizen but originally from Somalia I currently live in Muqdasho Somali with my wife, I have a fertility issue and want to go Istanbul for IVF treatment, so my question is how soon can I get a visa for my wife who has Somali passport ? and what application she needs to fill out?
