HOW TO GET EVISA

Good morning, I am a nigerien (Niger) citizen working in Comoros for the United Nations Coordination Office. I expect to go to instanbul for a private visit. I hold a blue United Nations Laissez-passer (diplomatic passport) and schenghen visa. I understand that I could grant an e-visa with my schengen visa. Can you please advise how can I grant an e-visa online? Thank you
