I had a charge on my credit card to my visa

I had a problem, I was fulling their format to have 3 visas then I paid and on my credit card was the charge of $2430 pesos less but on page of visa says The pay doesn’t successfully made and letter red says that if I had one charge on my credit card please contact a service support. So what can I make because I didn’t receive email and nothing about the pay of my visas. Please help.
