Hi, I'm from Sri Lanka and holding a valid passport issued by immigration department Sri Lanka. I got an invitation letter for the international volunteer forum 2022 which will be held at Istanbul, from 17th to 20th November 2022. How can I apply for the VISA? Am I eligible for e-visa or should come to the embassy in person?

I am interested to apply visit visa for Turkey and I am holding Pakistani passport but I don’t have residence card or visa of Uk USA or shengan countries. Could you please tell me how can I apply turkey tourist visa from Pakistan without these requirements.
