My wife and I are travelling to Turkey on 11th February 2023. I have a British passport and my wife has a Kenyan passport with a British Biometric residence permit. Does she require a visa to enter the country? What steps do I have to take? I look forward to hearing from you

My son wwii travel with me and he get the e visa as he is under 20 years and he will enter istanbul while he is under 20 we will stay for 10 days after 7 days he will be 20 is there is problem while entering or leaving istanbul

I have already made an e visa for my son he is under 20 years and we will enter turkey while he is under 20 years but after few days while he is still in istanbul he will turn 20 years before leaving istanbul by 2 days is there is a problem in his e visa validity

E visa - duplication of charge

I just noticed on my bank statement that I was charged twice for a single E visa that I purchased on the 3rd of November. What steps need to be taken for this error to be rectified (i.e. is there a specific person I need to notify to organise the necessary reimbursement). Could you please respond by email.
