Libyan eVisa/ more than 30 days

Hi. My boyfriend is Libyan and we’re trying to extend the visa which is up to 30 days. We want to stay longer than 30 days but his visa says he gets 30 days. How can we extend this so that he could be given permission to enter Turkey for longer than 30 days. Thanks!
