Payment Issue for Visa Application

I contacted you all yesterday due to receiving an error when attempting to make a payment. You instructed me to contact my bank, and try making the payment at a different time. I have done both. I appreciate the information, but I tried with 5 different visa cards from different banks and received the same error every time. I tried in different browsers and on different computers but continue to receive the same error. I contacted my bank but they are not even seeing an attempted transaction on their end. My bank expressed that the error is on the merchant site (your site).

Please advise of how to proceed.
