Question about visa

To whom may it concern

I have a few concerns. If I travel to Turkey from United States with my Vietnamese passport because I have United State green card. What option should I put on the regional? I already applied for e-visa and it says my nationality ? the visa is American. It because the last time I chose the region as United State. Is it okay to be like that or what should I do?. I'm currently reside in the United States.
