Question on e-visa for Indian Citizen living in USA with EAD/AP combo card

Hi, I currently work and reside in USA andI have Indian Passport alongwith EAD/Advanced Parole combo card which I use to enter USA, Can I apply for e-visa with the EAD/AP combo since it is a residence permit as it allows me to enter US, live here and work here. Will the immigration in Turkey have any issues as I dont have any valid Visa stamped on my passport.

Some Time ago I was regularly  getting Turkey E-Visa from your website evisa.gov.tr but for some month ago its showing some problems to issue visa even though I have US valid visa upto Nov.2027, all documents are attached please check and get this error corrected.I shall be very thankful to you
