Refund for E-visa

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

Hope this email finds you well,


Please be informed that I was a passenger of your good airline and my flight was delayed and rebooked by your company (Turkish airline). We were sent to hotel due to our flight was rebooked by your good office and we were informed that our flight was Overbooked. In line with this I was ask to apply for E-visa and paid $20.5 which was debited to my card.

I was inform that the said payment will be refunded by your good office thru email in the customer service. Furthermore, I would kindly ask for your assistance with regards to this matter.
