I would like to verify with you our request for a transit evisa for Ms Qunli ZHANG before paiment. She will travel on February 12 to 16 in Phuket with one stop at Istanbul. You send us a message but for a travel end of 2022. Is it possible to change the date for February 2023 ? Thank you in advance for your kind help. I had a charge on my credit card to my visa

I had a problem, I was fulling their format to have 3 visas then I paid and on my credit card was the charge of $2430 pesos less but on page of visa says The pay doesn’t successfully made and letter red says that if I had one charge on my credit card please contact a service support. So what can I make because I didn’t receive email and nothing about the pay of my visas. Please help.

Hello. I already booked the ticket to Turkey from Dec 19th to Feb 6th. And I just noticed it is longer than 30 days. I wonder if I can extend my stay. I have all round-transportation tickets and hotel reservations for my travel.

Payment is not working even my bank confirmed there is no block

My application ID is T3575266MJA and I'm trying to pay $350 but the transaction is not going through. my bank has confirmed there is no block from their side, please let me know how else I can pay.

Also is it possible to obtain e-visa upon arriving in Istanbul.

Doubts about E-Visa for Mexicans

Good day,
I am a mexican working in Austria with an austrian visa for that purpose.
Because of work I am planning to visit Türkiye next month for JUST 10 days but it's highly probable that another visit could be required on February (Also maximum 15 days). Then I understand, that I would need a visa for multiple entries.

I've read on the following page that this would be possible:
