Transit Visas application to go to the US From France for Haitian Citizen

Good Morning,

I am a Haitian citizen, I am living in France, and I am a French permanent resident. I am going to the USA on September 4th, I will be returning to France on September 13th. My flight will be transited in Turkey, do I need a visa for the transit?
