Supporting Documents for Indian Passport and Canadian Permanent Resident

Hello,

My name is Rhoni. I'm currently a indian passport holder and also a permanent resident of Canada. I currently reside in Canada as well.
I'm planning on travelling to Turkey for Tourism in April 2023.
I was going through the e-visa application process and stopped at the "Type of supporting doc" field. It only gave me two options. Visa or Residence Permit. I'm not about to choose any countries from the dropdown as Canada is not listed.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. I'm not sure if I'm not looking in the right place.

omitted middle initial and middle name on applications

Did not include middle name on fred (Denis ) hirt application
did not include middle initial on joan ( c ) fletcher application

Left out middle name ( FRED DENIS HIRT ) on my completed application. and on joan fletcher ( JOAN C FLETCHER) left out middle initial

Passports Number :657835078.Receipt no. 19624603623. So please email me the visa status also please email me the full visa papers. Also I can see there is a visa number in the receipt paper (Visa no: 326959882478).

I have applied for single entry visa on 1 march and already departed from Istanbul airport now I want to apply for my return visa which is on 17 march , but when I am applying from online there is payment issue accrued I tried it so many times but it’s not working
Can you please tell
Do I need return visa too ?

I have first single entry visa valid till 27 Aug 2023 also can it work for return also ?
