Turkey visa information for Barbados Passport holder

Hi there,

My husband is travelling with me from the UK to Turkey he has a Barbados Passport with indefinite leave to remain in the UK.

I need to apply for a visa for him for our holiday in July 2022 how early in advance can I apply for his Visa

Can we do it now to be valid for 2022 if we give the holiday dates
