Card is getting declined but funds available

Hello I have been trying to purchase my turkey Ev visa for the past day now. It keeps getting declined and I am using a Discover debit card. I already called my bank and they let me know there is nothing wrong with my card, no blocks or anything. Can someone please reach out to me and help me figure out the issue? This is so I can enter the country. I need to use a credit card instead?

Hello I’m Cambodian and right now I’m living in Switzerland as a student and I hold b permit(residential) I’m on internship right now which count as employment but I want to visit turkey for medical purpose and also tourist purpose after internship end which by then I’m not employee anymore so is that a problem?
I have enough money to support my trip for 20 day. Please I need help since this is my first time applying for visa by myself

Express Visa for my philipino maid

Hi, my name Rabih el cheikh, lebanese national and have saudi arabian residency. I am flying to Istanbul from Riyadh with my family and my maid on Thursday 10 march. Purpose of my visit to instanbul is to buy real estate and apply for Turkish nationality.
After buying ticket and booking room for my philipino maid, we discovered that she needs to apply for visa, which we can’t apply online. (She is under my saudi sponsorship and holding iqama)
Is there any possible to apply for her express visa only so she can fly with us.

I'm Alimamy Santigie Morlai Sankoh from sierra Leone. I will like to enquire for the two visas outline above. First and furmost, I will like to know if both the two visas are applicable to travel Turkey. Secondly, I also want to know if you want to get a sticker visa,if it is applicable to get an evisa first.
