Unable to select nationality

Hi
I am trying to apply for evisa as a Pakistani national holding a US visa.

However I am not able to select the nationality (the field is frozen or not editable) while filling the form and the system doesn't allow me to move to the next screen without entering this information. Screenshot attached.

Can you please assist.
