US Citizen - Visa for Short-Term Tourism

Hello,

I am a US citizen and when trying to apply for an E-Visa it says I am exempt. Is this accurate? My date of travel is March 1, 2024. I traveled to Turkey in January of 2022 and was required to apply for an e-visa. Have the rules changed?

I am writing an email regarding my turkey e visa which was issued on 04Feb 2024.There is some typing mistake occurred to filling my application I wrongly entered my surname as "AYAZ" but as per my my passport my surname is "AHMAD".I am going to attached my E visa along with my passport please advise me for the solution of this matter.

Im iraqi citizen and now im not in iraq because im a student in iran and I have Study residence in Iran I have A work permit for a company in Iraq and a hotel reservation that I obtain when it is time to travel so I can get e visa and travel from iran to turkey or not or I need to go back to Iraq and get visa form consulate my travel plan in 10th march and I have been to turkey last year
