Visa fee paid and no confirmation yet

I applied for turkey e-visa and made payment,my account was debited and till date no comfirmation for the debit,my reference no is T6518007XSR.It will be appreciated to reflect the payment and issuance of visa.
Please note,i sent a mail on the above but no response
