Withdraw visa within time frame

Hello,

I just applied for a visa and paid a transaction fee but then realized I was exempt for visa because I’m Iranian citizen and hold Iranian passport.

What is the process to withdraw my application and receive a refund?

My transaction ID is:

Transaction ID: f6b2222727b905dc8ae60cc527c5d8a5

visa was applied at 5:12 PM today so basically I should qualify fir the refund.
